What happens if what I order is not in stock?

Although we have most items in stock for immediate delivery sometimes we cannot get the item you have ordered from our supplier. Unlike most fly tying web sites we do not back order outstanding items unless we have been requested to do so from you the customer. This means that if we do not have the item we will reimburse your monies before the order is shipped via Paypal or Nochex. This gives you the customer complete peace of mind and does not result in waiting an excessive amount of time for your products.

Do you take payments over the phone?

Unfortunately we do not take payments over the phone for security reasons. We believe having credit card details poses a security risk and prefer not have access of any credit card details on any system we own.

How to use the CudaFly wishlist

How to access the wish list functionality of the CudaFly site depends whether you are already a registered member of CudaFly. If you are follow instructions for CudaFly registered users instructions, otherwise follow CudaFly non registered users.

CudaFly Registered Users

1. Log into your CudaFly account by pressing the Login button at the top of any page.

2. Enter Your Login Details

3. Press wishlist button on the left hand side of any page

4. This will bring a popup window with your wishlist. As you add items to your wishlist items will be shown in this window. To add items follow the instructions below

1. Press wishlist button on the left hand side of any page

2. This will bring a popup wish list window. In that window press the Login button at the bottom right hand side of that window.

3. This brings up a new window. Enter your details here and your account will be created. Press create account to complete registration.

4. You can now add items to your wishlist. To add items follow the instructions below

1. After logging in or creating a new account, click any product image or the More Info... link to get to an individual product page

2. Once on the individual product page click the Add to wishlist button located at the top and bottom of each page.

3. Once clicked your choice will be saved and will be added to the side bar to the site.

4. To retreive your wish list at a later date simply log back in and press the view wish list button
