Delivery - If ordered by 3 p.m. we endeavour to dispatch the same day if items are in stock (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). All items are shipped first class signed for. Out of stock items - Should your items be out of stock we do not back order or substitute unless under instruction by you, our customer. We will contact you ASAP for alternative suggestions, however if there are no suggestions or we cannot contact you we refund via your payment method ASAP and any other items will be shipped.
