Delivery - If ordered by 3 p.m. we endeavour to dispatch the same day if items are in stock (Monday to Friday excluding public holidays). All items are shipped first class signed for. That way your deliveries can be tracked. Current delivery charges are - UK - £3.49 - Europe - £6.99 - Rest of the world - £7.99 plus any surcharges indicated on heavier items.

Out of stock items - Should your items be out of stock we do not back order or substitute unless under instruction by you, our customer.
