The 'BLOB' is another infamous trout fly pattern that originated on the competition scene. Either love them or hate them they catch rainbow trout. This fly can be fished fast as part of a team of flies or on the 'top dropper, as an attractor fly when nymph and buzzer fishing. Steve ties these to international competition standard size, on a competition light size #10 hook
